Monthly vs Annual Billing
Starter, Pro, and Business are all available with monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months — that is $2,990 per year for Starter (instead of $3,588), $5,990 per year for Pro (instead of $7,188), and $9,990 per year for Business (instead of $11,988).
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the billing settings. When switching to annual, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Managing Your Subscription
All subscription management happens in Settings > Billing. From there you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Update your payment method via the Stripe customer portal
- View invoices and payment history
- Cancel or resume your subscription
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Standardise does not store your credit card details — they are held securely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
What Happens When You Cancel
If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, ISMS modules will be locked behind the upgrade prompt. Your data is not deleted — you can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.
If you need to export your data before cancelling, use the CSV export feature available on every module page to download your records.
