Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial on the Starter plan — no credit card required. You get full access to all Starter features. If you need a bit more time, you can extend once for an extra 7 days.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens when I hit my plan's user limit?

Each plan has a user limit: Starter supports up to 10 users, Pro up to 25, and Business up to 50. If you need more, upgrade to the next tier. Existing data and settings are preserved when you upgrade.

What's the difference between Pro and Business?

Business includes everything in Pro plus up to 50 users, custom integrations, priority support with faster response times, and dedicated onboarding. It's designed for larger organisations that need more seats and hands-on support but don't require custom deployment.

Is my data stored in Australia?

Yes. All data is stored in Australian data centres, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
